7 Days Yoga Retreat : Daily schedule
One of our seven-day yoga retreats that includes a half-day excursion to a holy location is the 7-Day Yoga Nidra Retreat. You will be served three vegetarian meals during this yoga teacher training, along with afternoon masala chai. In order to support the yoga retreat, we advise students to go to bed early—before 10 p.m. This is the usual itinerary for a seven-day yoga nidra retreat in Rishikesh.

Daily Drop in Class in Rishikesh India
The course addresses the foundations of yoga through a variety of primary subjects, such as pranayama, shat kriya, asana practices, yoga philosophy, anatomy, yoga nidra (relaxation), and meditation. Our school specializes on teaching the Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha yoga styles. Every week, students are required to attend six training days and one rest day. Our school arranges a half-day excursion for the kids to visit one of the holy sites in Rishikesh on this day off. During Rishikesh's busiest season, the rest day, which is often a Sunday, could be moved to a weekday to prevent crowds of people and traffic.
