I want to give back to the natty community honesty and stop the limited beliefs around what's achievable naturally. I'm tired of seeing these influences spread misinformation.
Jack Heafford, a friend of Joe Fazer transformed a while ago. While it could be considered impressive it's far away from not being natural when you know about bodybuilding and look into his case. He is just a lean guy, with better lighting and a pump after decent training for two months, that's all there is to understand about his transformation. Greg Doucette was wrong about this one.
