Which types of yoga have you previously taught?
This is a question that an employer might ask a candidate to see if they have any experience with any of the many yoga disciplines that their facility provides. This can be an especially important question for studios that advertise classes in specific yoga disciplines that require more advanced instruction. In your answer, you can discuss the specific yoga styles that you have instructed.
For instance: "I've done a variety of yoga poses. During my first three years at a studio, I taught both Hatha and Ashtanga yoga. Later on, I also started instructing Bikram and Vinyasa yoga from my home."
