Yoga Course - Relaxation Techniques and Restorative Poses
This yoga Course of ours focuses on breathing exercises and rejuvenating asanas aimed at bringing students into a state of deep rest. It involves mind and body both. Participants will gain knowledge on how to let go of stress through mild shaking, breathing deeply, and meditating. It is by doing so that they will feel good about themselves. With the topic of restorative poses to approach as my theme, I will lead the class through deeply relaxing and healing poses, so that students may discover a calm feeling and balanced state of mind. This course is a good fit for those seeking to find themselves peacefully and lessen the stress.
