France's national airline, Air France, has been operating since 1933. Charles de Gaulle Airport, which is only a short distance outside the boundaries of Paris, serves as both its major hub and headquarters. In addition to its primary hub at Charles de Gaulle Airport, Air France operates a second hub at Orly Airport, which is very near to Paris. The airline also has focal cities in Nice, Marseille, Lyon, and Toulouse, all of which are in France. Currently, Air France's fleet consists of more than 230 Airbus and Boeing aircraft.
