A group of experts in various fields who fell in love with golf have published a guidebook that provides strategies for golf certification, as well as the latest golf trends and know-how on how to start a golf business.
'Life Sports Instructor Golf-Practical-Oral Passing Algorithm', which recently went on pre-sale, is an examination book for aspiring life, youth, and senior sports instructors aiming for national certification in golf, and synthesizes the strategies for practical and oral exams in a way that can be grasped at a glance.
The book is written by experts from different fields who seem to be an unlikely pair.
The first author, Sejong Oh, is a professor of software-AI at the AI Education Center at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, where he is developing healthcare contents and measuring mental health of young adults based on AI. He is a life sports instructor (golf) with a degree 2 and runs the 'Doctor Golf Lesson and Mental Care' academy using MyData.
Tae-hoon Song, who played for the Korea National Golf Team in 2008-2009, holds a bachelor's and master's degree in physical education and golf from Korea National University, and has experience in teaching lessons at Korea National University's golf CEO course. In 2010, he was honored as a KPGA Tour professional.
Eunyoung Oh, a professional at Samsung C&T, has been in charge of golf course rehabilitation, litigation, M&A, and debt recovery. He has acquired 35 national 토토 technical certifications, including sports management manager, news sports instructor, and first aid CPR instructor.
In this book, the authors have put together a “customized” guide for those who want to obtain golf-related certifications in a short period of time. The first part of the book covers the latest trends in the golf market and an introduction to screen golf, golf studios, sports centers, and gym golf practice facilities, while the second part provides extensive information on domestic and international golf certification exams such as the Life Sports Instructor, Youth Sports Instructor, Senior Sports Instructor, Park Golf, Ground Golf, and the International Golf Certification (USGTF).
Part 3 introduces hole-by-hole strategies to prepare you for the actual examination for the Life Sports Instructor (Golf) license. Parts 4 and 5 cover the rules of golf, teaching methods, and golf terminology, as well as basic golf common sense, etiquette, and mental management quotes to help you enjoy the game.
The authors explain that the passing standard for a life sports instructor is an average score of 90, but there is a lack of relevant information and organized textbooks. “We decided to publish this book because we wanted to share the materials and know-how that we have organized,” the authors explain, “It will be of practical help not only to those who have a specific goal of obtaining a certification, but also to beginners who are just starting to be interested in golf, teaching professionals, and those who are interested in starting a business.”
