Our History
2013. Set up Orange Lighting in Shenzhen, and focus on LED LED Tube and LED Panel Light.
2014. Passed ISO9001 Quality Management System and ISO14001:2004 Environment Management System.
2016. Expanded production area to 3,000 SQM. The year鈥檚 sales reached to 15 million USD. And get IECQ certificate of Conformity BSI14.0002.
2019. Developed High Lumen Efficiency (150lm/W) UFO, focusing on the High Power LED Lighting product. Focusing on European and North American market, got good reputation and feedback.
2020. First generation LED Stadium Light Lumfield Pro and Lumfield Eco were developed successful and won the market reputation.
2021. Second generation LED Stadium Light Flexspot putting formally into production and plan to setting up a testing laboratory special for High Power LED Lights.

The specific instructions supplied by Orang Lighting for the installation, operation and maintenance of the product.
This warranty is void if the products is operated outside of its normal operating conditions. The minimum starting temperature is -300F and the maximum ambient temperature 1300F. The products should only be used with compatible building control devices and dimmers when applicable. In order to make a claim under the warranty, customer must notify Orange Lighting in writing seeking return authorization and provide the defective products (or, if authorized by Orange Light, a sample of such defective products) to Orange Light.
2. Service after sales:
We provide two optional after-sales service methods below:
Method No. 1
I)Free after-sales service period: 5 years warranty time and 10 years free technical support from goods shipping out of Orange Lighting factory.
II)Customer undertakes the expenses which send the defective products to Orange Lighting factory, and Orange Lighting undertakes the expenses which send the good product to customer.
III)Orange Light offers free training for engineers online or in our factory. If the salesroom is more than 0.5 million USD, Orange Light arranges technical engineer assisting customer in their country during free after-sales service period for one time. But customer undertakes all trip expenses. If the salesroom is more than 1 million USD, Orange Light undertakes all trip expenses to arrange technical engineer assisting customer in their country during free after-sales period for one time.
If customer requests our technical engineer鈥檚 assist for more than once during free after-sales service period, or if over free after-sales service period, the trip expenses will be undertaken by customer.
Mothod No. 2
I)Orange Light offers 1% complete units as free spare units to customer.
II)Orange Lighting provide 5 years free technical supports from goods shipping out of Orange Lighting factory.
Orange Light offers free training for engineers online or in our factory. If the salesroom is more than 0.5 million USD, Orange Light arranges technical engineer assisting customer in their country during free after-sales service period for one time. But customer undertakes all trip expenses.
