Joseph L Simmons serves as the Infantry Officer for the United States Army. Since he joined the army many years ago, he has consistently put in long hours of labor for the benefit of the whole military. During operations that take place on the ground, it is his responsibility to lead Infantry Soldiers at all levels of command and integrated armed forces. He makes an evaluation of the situation before leading attacks, defenses, and other actions.
