In order to execute the shift-restart trick, simultaneously press and hold the "Shift" key while selecting "Restart" from the Start menu. To access the BIOS, navigate to the "Advanced Boot" screen after selecting "UEFI Firmware Settings" from the "Troubleshoot" menu located in the "Advanced options" section. Subsequently, click "Restart."
To create a shortcut on the command line, enter the cryptic shutdown /r /o /f /t 00 into the Terminal, PowerShell, or Command Prompt. To return to the previous procedure, navigate to "UEFI Firmware Settings" > "Troubleshoot" > "Advanced options" > "Restart" after completing the aforementioned restart.
