Satta Matka is a game of chance played with numbers. The player bets on a number between 0 and 9 and if that number is drawn, the player wins the bet. The game is played with a deck of cards, with the player drawing one card at a time from the deck. If the player draws the number he has bet on, he wins the bet. If he does not, he loses the bet. There is no skill involved in playing Satta Matka and it is entirely a game of chance.
