3. Different raw scores are associated with band scores. Say you score anywhere between 39 to 40, then your band score will be 9, for raw scores between 37 and 38, you will be awarded 8.5 and so on. 4. Scores are rounded off to the nearest bands. Here’s an example to illustrate this: on the off chance that you score 6.25, it will be rounded off to the nearest half-band, which is 6.5. If you score 5.25, then it will be rounded off to 5.5. The same is the case for scores with “.75” in the end because they will be rounded off to the next whole band. For example, if you score 6.75, then you will be awarded 7.
5. There is no minimum band requirement to successfully pass the exam. However, the organisations or universities you’re applying to may have a minimum band requirement, which you will have to attain for successful applications and visas.
